An innovative developer converted an unused industrial-commercial property into a vibrant live-work condominium project worth an estimated $8M with help from Holm & O’Hara LLP. We negotiated site purchase of the abandoned gasoline station, oversaw abatement of lingering environmental hazards and helped our clients obtain the necessary permits to proceed with redevelopment.
