Vincent F. O’Hara combines a gregarious demeanor with a broad knowledge base and a creative approach to solving complex problems.

Mr. O’Hara primarily works with union, governmental and multiemployer pension and benefit plans. He also serves as counsel to a number of unions and related Taft-Hartley and governmental funds.

Mr. O’Hara’s clients rely on him to:

  • Monitor and enforce ERISA requirements.
  • Maintain tax exempt status.
  • Form and structure benefit funds.
  • Represent fund trustees in ERISA and other fiduciary matters.
  • Negotiate collective bargaining agreements on behalf of unions.
  • Provide representation in arbitrations, grievance hearings, organizing campaigns, administrative proceedings and litigation involving unions and benefit funds.
