This course provides a comprehensive overview of federal and state housing laws in relation to the sale and rental of real estate. It is intended to assist real estate professionals to determine and perform the morally and legally correct actions in each situation in order to bring violations to the attention of others, and to guard against liability. Additionally, the course provides a detailed look at federal civil rights and anti-discrimination laws regarding real property transactions.
